Founded in 1987, Capital Resource Partners is a Boston-based private equity firm that provides growth, acquisition, and buyout financing to lower middle market companies. Since our inception, we have invested approximately $1.1 billion in more than 110 companies throughout the U.S. We seek established businesses and experienced management teams that have a solid operating history and growth potential. Our target portfolio company has revenues of $5 to $100 million and positive cash flow. That said, we place a nearly equal amount of value on a company’s competitive market position, whether it has any proprietary products/relationships/processes, and the potential for organic growth. Investment Criteria Company Characteristics ▪ Revenues of $5 to $100 million ▪ Positive Cash Flow ▪ Established business models with demonstrated success over several years ▪ Competitive market position ▪ Proprietary products, processes, or relationships ▪ Capacity to grow either through organic growth, geographic expansion, or acquisitions Transaction Criteria ▪ $1 to $15 million target investment, but will consider larger deals ▪ Control as well as non-control transactions ▪ Operates in industries where CRP has prior investment expertise and experience ▪ Located in North America with a strong preference for the eastern half of the United States
