Capital Innovators is a St. Louis-based accelerator and venture investor founded in 2010 that provides top-ranked accelerator programs, venture fund management, and corporate innovation. Its flagship Accelerator Program has a 12-year history and gives tech startups seed funding, mentorship from C-suite executives and technical experts, a global startup network, customer and partner connections, and co-working space. Its NGA Accelerator, run with the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, is a 13-week program for up to eight geospatial-intelligence companies that includes a $100,000 non-dilutive grant, with the startup keeping its IP. Its venture arm invests in Series A financing rounds of technology and consumer products companies that have achieved product-market fit and are ready for rapid scaling, with experienced management teams and disruptive models or products. It writes $500,000 to $1 million initial checks, leading rounds or participating in existing ones. Capital Innovators takes a board seat and provides active mentorship and operational guidance, with a three-to-five-year exit horizon. It also sources startups and runs corporate accelerators and innovation programs for companies, creating investment opportunities for its partners.
