Since our founding in 1995, Camden Partners has focused on investing growth equity in lower middle market companies. We have two investment strategies: STRUCTURED CAPITAL Camden Structured Capital provides highly flexible, structured growth equity capital to lower-middle market technology companies. This approach was born out of the Camden team’s commitment to working with CEOs and board members to find solutions when the typical growth equity deal structures would not work. GROWTH EQUITY For more than 25 years, our growth equity (Strategic Partners) strategy has consistently focused on lower middle market control-oriented transactions. We partner with the management teams of companies with proven business models, low financial leverage and positive cash flow to build sustainable value while navigating growth. Leveraging our domain expertise in technology & enterprise SaaS, business services & education, we strive to turn growth-stage companies in these sectors into market leaders.
