Our focus is two-fold:
(1) Invest in other sponsors, acquiring old economy businesses, with a preference for tier b/c/d cities, or emerging markets.
(2) Acquire a majority position in a business in Ontario and hold it for decades.
What we’re looking for in a minority or LP position.

- Recurring nature of revenue.
- Growing industry.
- Preference for the "old economy."

- Sales: <100M
- Earnings: stable or growing
- Otherwise flexible

- High integrity
