Byron Raco is a seasoned professional with experience in financial services, financial technology, and enterprise software. He currently serves as a Financial and Strategic Advisor to Smooth Ag and to the CEO of Bazze, while also managing his own private investment activity through Verax Capital. Byron is also an angel investor. Actively investing since 2013, he focuses on Seed to late-stage private investments in B2B software, IT, information services, and data firms, with particular emphasis on financial technology. He brings expertise in business development, corporate strategy, and M&A to his advisory and investment activities, helping early- and growth-stage companies scale operations and create long-term value.
