We seek to invest in a scalable, niche service, manufacturing, or distribution business in the United States. We seek to partner with a strong supporting management team, as part of a family's or entrepreneur's succession plan, to develop and execute on a shared vision for long-term value creation. We favor opportunities where our experience - along with that of our investors - positions us to positively impact the investment outcome. Our investment criteria include: - Repeatable services or light manufacturing - $2-10 million of EBITDA - $10-100 million transaction size - $5-40 million equity check We work with a differentiated, long-term capital base that frees us from fund considerations to focus on what is best for any business we partner with.
