Brynwood Partners is a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private equity firm, founded in 1984, that specializes in the consumer sector. It combines financial capital with operating expertise to drive sales growth and operating performance, and has raised over $2.4 billion in committed equity capital. It invests in food, beverage, and personal care businesses across branded, private label, and contract manufacturing models, in companies with enterprise values from $25 million to more than $1 billion.
