Bruce Harlan, Angel Investor

Bruce is a California transplant and long-time Kansas City area resident. His early years were consumed by the music, radio & TV industries in L.A. In early 2001 he entered KC real estate in 2001 and within a few short years became a successful Agent/Broker licensed in KS & MO. He aggressively sold and negotiated a high volume of transactions in all price ranges. Today Bruce is an active investor in the greater KC real estate market and beyond. After the upheaval of the 2008-2009 real estate market, Bruce left the industry in 2011 to explore other opportunities. In 2017 he returned using additional skills and knowledge as a real estate investor. He enjoys the outdoors, high tech, the arts and reading. Bruce has three grown sons and three grandchildren.
