I have been involved with buying, renovating, and selling real estate since I was a child working in the family business. My father was a licensed contractor and a property investor and after working for him as a teenager I realized as a young man that I loved seeing a house come from almost being torn down to remodeled and appearing brand new for people to live in. I enjoy working with sellers to market and sell their homes, buyers to find just the right home, and property investors looking for great deals. I believe in investing in real estate and along with helping clients with their real estate decisions, I have been investing in rental properties for the last eight years with my company Zenith City Properties, LLC. I take pride in my integrity, honesty, hard work, level of communication, and the service I provide to past, present, and future clients. I strive to educate buyers and sellers on market values and conditions, laws, and how the home purchase and selling process works from start to closing.
