Brittany Hargest, Angel Investor

Brittany Hargest is an Angel Investor and Partner at Altos Ventures. Founded in 1996, Altos Ventures is a technology investment firm based in Silicon Valley. Through patient and pragmatic investing, Altos partners with early to growth-stage technology companies operating in consumer and enterprise sectors, to build durable and compounding businesses over decades. Brittany Hargest joined Greenspring Associates in 2014 as the Performance Manager. Brittany manages the internal and external performance reporting process, works to develop tools for portfolio construction and predictive data analytics, and oversees the proprietary portfolio company tracking database. Previously, Brittany worked as a Manager in the tax practice for McGladrey, LLP, in Baltimore. In that role, Brittany served various middle-market clients with a focus on Partnership Tax and Private Client Services. A Certified Public Accountant, Brittany graduated with Honors and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she currently serves as a board member on the Alumni Chapter Board.
