BridgeWerk is a spin-off of the private investment team from the family office of renowned Canadian entrepreneur David Werklund. BridgeWerk manages the direct private equity portfolio of the Werklund Family Office. We seek the intersection of enabling commercial growth at scale and the macro theme of multi-decade investments in the specialty manufacturing and services for critical infrastructure. Industry Focus We focus on industrial businesses that offer specialized products and services to various elements of the critical infrastructure value chain. This includes the electrical grid, waste management, and energy infrastructure impacted by the cross-section of energy transition, growing energy demand, and aging assets throughout North America. Company Size Our target investment has an EBITDA profile of $5 million to $25 million or greater. Smaller opportunities may be considered if there is a requirement for near-term growth capital or actionable M&A opportunities. Geography Investing in businesses located throughout the United States and Canada.
