I am a humble leader, change agent, investor, and strategist with a technical product management and change management background. Currently, I'm leading with curiosity and embracing bold ideas as a Mobile Systems Design Product Manager. It's an exciting role that enhances the UI of Workday's mobile products and increases usability and engagement among thousands of mobile customers. Entrepreneurial in spirit, I previously created my own role at Workday as a Product Manager where I focused on integrating and advancing diversity equity, and inclusion within product design and development to serve the needs of users of all abilities and backgrounds. I'm a process and systems thinker who creates common-sense partnerships for seamless collaboration to achieve mutual business objectives at scale. My background in IT change management grounded my experience in business transformation, user adoption, vendor management, and established partnerships with engineers.
