Brent has been in the technology industry in Western Canada since 1994. He has worked as Founder and manager of an Internet start-up, been a seed fund investment manager, raised a VC fund with two partners, invested in over 35 start-up and early stage companies across North America, predominantly in the Northwest, and has over five years of directM&A advisory experience in the technology sector. Having been on “all sides of the table”, Brent has a unique perspective on creating value for all of the constituents in a transaction.
