As the Founder of B & B Toys, Inc., established in 1997, I successfully created and distributed innovative toys to over 100 countries. Under my leadership, B & B Toys generated over $500 million in retail sales and provided clients with end-to-end solutions, from design and development to global distribution. Before founding B & B Toys, I served as Senior Vice President at Cap Toys, where I spearheaded the development of their International Toy division. I helped propel global sales for iconic products like Stretch Armstrong and Spinpop, ultimately expanding the company’s reach to over 50 countries and driving annual sales exceeding $50 million. During my tenure, the company tripled in size and was eventually acquired by Hasbro Toys in 1997.
