Borusan Ventures is the corporate venture capital arm of the industrial conglomerate Borusan Group, based in San Francisco and launched in 2023. It targets early-stage companies primarily in the U.S. and Europe that align with Borusan’s strategic themes of mobility, logistics, energy & climate, and industrial technologies.
The fund provides more than capital: startups gain access to Borusan’s global network, engineering and industrial expertise, and potential pathways to commercial deployment and market entry, especially in Turkey and adjacent geographies.
With a lean investment cadence (approximately five new investments per year), Borusan Ventures aims to partner with high-growth, scalable ventures that offer global expansion potential and bring differentiated technology.
