Blue Hawk Investments, LLC (“BHI”), located in Newton, Massachusetts, is a value-add integrated private equity real estate investment/development firm. The firm and its affiliates are focused on areas where there exists a value proposition in redevelopment for mixed-use, residential, hospitality, land development, retail, and self-storage programs. BHI has worked extensively and collaboratively with a number of municipalities, governmental agencies and community organizations to gain, and in some instances author, complicated zoning and permit approvals. BHI, its principals and its affiliated entities are responsible for the development, construction and management of over $450 million of projects in New England, Texas and Mexico and other parts of the United States.
