We are a Venture Capital firm, focus on companies with $2mm to $20mm of run-rate revenue and year over year growth of 50%+. We value founders that are cash efficient, scrappy, and pragmatic. We’ll invest anywhere in the US or Canada, especially in markets most venture capital firms overlook. We prefer leading $1mm to $10mm Series A or B rounds but can also follow. We like plain-vanilla preferred stock in traditional growth rounds, inside rounds, recaps, and restructurings. Founders deserve better than the black hole. No gatekeepers, no months of maybe, no partner who ghosts after a promising first meeting. We're quantitative by design meaning your metrics tell the story, and we move fast because we want to invest just as much as you want to be done raising. We've led rounds, followed on, and even tripled down in some of our companies. We've been investing this way since 2014. Every deal at Blossom Street is worked on by a partner, from the first call to the final funding. No junior gatekeepers, no committee theater, just a direct line to a decision-maker who has seen enough to know quickly. Post-investment, we stay close through monthly 45-minute calls that are deliberately informal: no slide decks, no performance theater, just a founder and a partner talking through the good, the bad, and future challenges.
