Bill Joyce, Angel Investor

Bill Joyce is an angel investor and active member of Charlotte Angel Fund, which invests in early-stage, venture-scaleable businesses in Charlotte and the surrounding region. He was a former General Manager and President of TSC Services where he led all operating functions of TSC Services which hired recruiting leaders and recruiters to support its defense, aerospace, and technology consulting clients. TSC was later on acquired by a private equity firm out of Florida in 2010 and successfully rolled into one of its portfolio companies. He was also a former Managing Director of Galway Partners and a former Managing Partner of The Guild Corporation. Bill obtained his BS in Chemical Engineering and MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia.
