We thoroughly evaluate founders, as well as their metrics and operating results, because we’re investing in the people behind the company logo just as much as we’re investing in their businesses. Our capital deployment involves a robust due diligence process that encompasses market studies, executive management engagement, and the use of various third-party resources for quantitative and qualitative data outputs. OUR INVESTMENT APPROACH While we primarily target seed and early-stage financing rounds (i.e., $250,000 to $1,000,000), Big Sky Partners also participates in significant later-stage funding rounds, particularly those that show strong cash flow, management teams, and growth opportunities. We fundamentally believe in supporting founders through multiple follow-on rounds of investment and creating lasting business models that unlock the ultimate value of an entrepreneur’s long-term business opportunity.
