Berkshire Axis Development has completed over forty industrial projects during the last 10 years, creating over 4 million sq. ft of industrial opportunities while its founders have worked on dozens more before inception – totaling 10 million plus square feet prior to our inception. We invest in companies that: ▪ Are looking for investment of between $500K to $5M in exchange for an equal or controlling share of equity. ▪ Have a track record of profitability with revenues of $1M plus and excellent customer relationships. ▪ Lead with substantial growth potential in expanding markets (North America preferred, but international firms are always considered). We’re interested in working with mature (40+) founders, women entrepreneurs, diverse teams, and 2nd-generation family firms who are passionate and talented at their craft.
