Our ideal target Financial attributes ▪ Revenue of $1M to $10M. ▪ Three or more years of profitable operations with positive cash flow. ▪ EBITDA of $100K- $1.5M after covering the management costs to replace owners. ▪ EBITDA margins of at least 15%.
