We maintain a proudly generalist investing thesis in order to stay flexible and adapt as the market changes, allowing us to back the best and brightest founders. As a firm with a solo GP, we want to feel a strong conviction in the founder’s problem-solution. We value autonomy in our decision-making process and hope our investment becomes a signal to other investors. Paige Finn Doherty is the Managing Partner of Behind Genius Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm that leans into the power of storytelling to back timeless companies building the future of work and play. Previously, Paige spent time at WorkOS as a Developer Success Engineer and at TVC Capital, a B2B software-focused growth equity firm. She has written a children’s book about venture capital called Seed to Harvest and now hosts a podcast by the same name. One of the youngest female solo GPs in the world, she was the 2022 Forbes Under 30 Standout for Venture Capital.
