Bearing Partners is an independent financial sponsor and a trusted advisor to lower middle-market companies. We seek to invest in businesses with $1M to $8M of EBITDA, with a strong management team and the potential for significant growth. We prefer to partner with the management team or founder(s) in control of investments in various industries, including consumer products and services, business services, oil & gas, technology, industrial & manufacturing, among others. We have a low leverage approach in structuring transactions and no required hold period, which allows for flexibility for each specific situation. We focus on helping founder-led, family-owned, and private-equity backed companies with their strategy, operating challenges, opportunities, and corporate transactions.
