BCP invests in and develops high-quality multi-family properties located in the Western U.S., the Southeast U.S., and the Mountain West states. For over three decades the multi-family development team of BCP and its predecessor companies has consistently delivered private and institutional investors above market returns for their participation in developing, selling, and acquiring some 10,000 units in Multi-Family Property through the US.
