Banksia Capital is a Perth-based private equity firm providing equity funds for expansion, acquisition, and small-to-mid market buyouts in WA. Since 2003, the private equity firms's team has invested more than $150m into private WA businesses. We are looking for private businesses that we can invest in and add value to. We do not invest in start-ups or unprofitable businesses. Perth-based private business generating $1-10m profit pa, seeking $3-15m+ in private equity to fund growth, acquisition(s), or shareholder sale(s). LIKES ▪ Organic growth (5 % + pa in revenues). ▪ M&A opportunities, particularly if that builds WA market share & leadership. ▪ Businesses with pricing power and where customer relationships are not just about the price (e.g. brand, OH&S driven, meeting regulatory or compliance needs, key locations, exclusive agencies or IP, or unique assets). ▪ Niche service, rental, or distribution models. ▪ Recurring customer/revenue models.
