Axial Reade is a New York-based private equity firm focused on sourcing value-oriented, middle-market investments. The firm was formed in 2018 by Founder and Chief Executive Officer Michael Sirignano, who brings two decades of private equity and investing experience and has served on the Board of Directors of several companies. Axial Reade strives to build exceptional businesses with remarkable partners, strong management teams, and trusted advisers. The firm raised its first fund, which was oversubscribed, in 2019.
