With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, valuations, and M&A, I am currently the Executive Vice President of Alex Stewart International LLC, a leading provider of operational audit services for the mining and oil extraction industries to assist governments worldwide. I lead the global execution teams that verify the operators' production and export operations to determine on behalf of governments and regulators if the producers comply with the laws and regulations of the specific country. Before joining Alex Stewart International in 2021, I worked for 20 years in the TMT industry, advising and executing buy-side M&A transactions (modeling valuations) for companies like Telefonica and Deutsche Telekom AG. I also served as the CFO for an Indian/US startup that built a hybrid satellite/terrestrial network in India, Deutsche Telekom's biggest investment in a startup. Additionally, I am an active angel investor and advisor for early-stage startups in various sectors, such as Basket, Pathotrak, and Snapkirana. I lectured at The Catholic University of America on international business and advanced corporate finance.
