Augustine Capital Partners values stewardship, integrity, and an eye for detail. We have a long-term vision and many of our real estate investments are held for generations. We strive to exceed our investor’s expectations. We define success as a high-quality product that produces a greater than 20% internal rate of return for investors and a 6 -7 % annual cash yield to investors. Founded by Bradford (Brad) Augustine, our first project was in 1979 (with the acquisition and renovation of a rental property in Greenlake) and our most recent project (a ground-up 25-unit apartment development) received its certificate of occupancy in 2022. We own real estate assets and operate these assets through our management company Madrona Real Estate Services, LLC. We treat investors as family, and this ethos is carried out through our company with Brad working alongside his daughter Andrea, who oversees property management, and his son, Henry who oversees fundraising.
