Atlas Holdings is a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private equity firm, founded in 2002, focused on controlling investments in manufacturing and distribution. It closed its fifth investment fund at its $6.45 billion hard cap, and builds strong, sustainable businesses it calls Performance Organizations: leaders in their markets that generate high long-term returns on invested capital and consistently outperform their peers. Its strategy centers on operating companies facing complex operational and financial challenges, where it moves quickly with owners, management teams, and sellers and structures solutions at the time of purchase.
