Previously known as Alinda Capital Partners, the firm was rebranded in April 2022. AIP invests in transportation, digital, and utility-related infrastructure in North America and Europe. We have deployed over $13 billion USD across 36 investments. These businesses employ over 240,000 people and serve over 125 million customers annually. Astatine was founded in 2005 as Alinda Capital Partners. We are one of the world’s most experienced infrastructure investment firms with a 20-year history of experience in private-equity infrastructure investment. Over the past decade, our strategy has crystallized around specific sectors in the mid-market, core-plus space. In reflection of this enhanced focus, in 2022, we rebranded as Astatine Investment Partners. Under the Astatine name, we continue to pursue investments that exemplify our strengths in mid-market, core-plus infrastructure.
