Assembly Funds Management (AFM) is an experienced real estate private equity manager providing a diversified portfolio of attractive risk-adjusted investments through the cycle. ADPF1 reached its hard cap of $350m in 2022 and is invested across a diversified portfolio of living, industrial and alternative assets. ADPF2 was launched in 2023 with a similar mandate to ADPF1 and is currently focusing on high-returning living sector assets and countercyclical opportunities brought about by market dislocation. Since launching in 2019, AFM has invested over $700m in c.30 transactions.
