Arcadia Capital invests in companies with outstanding management teams that need capital to grow their business. We look to partner with established companies that require capital to expand their range of products or services, enter new markets or regions, or invest in new assets or employees to accelerate growth. In addition, our capital will often provide a solution to succession planning where one or more shareholders is ready to sell their shares, while the remaining shareholders and management see further opportunities to continue to grow the business.
We look at businesses across all industries, however do not generally invest in direct real estate, primary production, or mining exploration.
