APNIC Foundation

The APNIC Foundation’s purpose is to serve as the collective impact backbone that connects and facilitates a group of partners. We invest in and channel resources toward digital development in the Asia Pacific to drive socioeconomic transformation and equity. ▪ Information Society Innovation Fund (ISIF Asia) ISIF Asia helps fund projects that build capabilities, drive innovation, and support digital transformation. Each year, it provides grants to a number of initiatives selected through a competitive process, ensuring diverse ideas and contexts are represented. ▪ Foundation Community Assistance Foundation Community Assistance (FCA) enables the Foundation to assist with and facilitate a wide range of strategic and tactical opportunities that further its vision to harness the power of the Internet and digital innovation to fuel socio-economic progress and champion digital equity across the Asia Pacific. ▪ Research Fellowships The APNIC Foundation offers a Research Fellowship that facilitates the production of practicable, policy-relevant outputs, including original Internet or digital research, innovative solutions, measurement tools, and strategic guidelines. ▪ Trust Discretionary Funding The Trust Discretionary Fund (TDF), managed by the APNIC Foundation on behalf of the Asia Pacific Internet Development Trust (APIDT), provides support to initiatives in the Asia Pacific and other relevant efforts to advance the global, open, secure, and stable Internet.
