Anschutz Family Foundation

The Anschutz Family Foundation supports rural and urban Colorado nonprofit organizations that assist people to help themselves while nurturing and preserving their self-respect. The Anschutz Family Foundation accepts online grant applications twice a year during its spring and fall funding cycle for requests that fit within one or more of its funding areas and are for activities in the State of Colorado. Since its inception, the Anschutz Family Foundation has awarded more than 11,000 grants totaling nearly $66 million to nonprofit and community organizations. In 2023 alone, the Foundation awarded 284 grants totaling $2,342,076. 54% of those grants were directed toward nonprofits serving Colorado’s rural communities or providing services statewide.
