I am motivated by opportunities to inspire people to work together to accomplish the extraordinary. In my years as a Deloitte partner, I had the honor of leading significant client relationships and serving as our Global Chief Strategy Officer. Today I invest my time and treasure with purpose-driven, results-oriented organizations as a board member, executive team advisor, and angel investor. As a lifelong competitive collegiate and master's swimmer, I learned that organized sports can be a uniquely effective platform for practicing valuable life skills. My experience with athletics led me to research the perspectives of high school athletes (and their coaches) on leadership and teaming (published 2024).
