Anita Sarkar, Angel Investor

Anita Sarkar is the Director of Conversational AI Technology at Ally. Prior to this, she was the Director of Engineering Projects at Stratifyd, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based startup developing AI-driven data analytics products. Anita has a Master's degree in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an MBA from the Duke Fuqua School of Business. Anita is passionate about the power of human connections and is actively involved in the innovation ecosystem. She is an angel investor and mentors entrepreneurs through local accelerators. She has been a mentor with the Cherie Blair Foundation, which is empowering women entrepreneurs across the globe. She volunteers as a grant reviewer for NC-IDEA, a foundation that helps entrepreneurs at all stages of business development. Anita’s hands-on background in technology and strong business acumen, combined with an unwavering people focus, enable her to lead effectively through any chaos and ambiguity and deliver results.
