AngelNV is a Las Vegas-based angel investing conference and fund, launched in 2020 by StartUpNV, Nevada’s non-profit startup accelerator, to connect Nevada startups with angel investors. Its annual cycle culminates in a live pitch event where the angel group invests at least $400,000, with State Small Business Credit Initiative matching doubling the impact. It trains first-time and experienced angels through an investor bootcamp, with participants contributing at least $5,000 to the conference fund, and runs a free Due Diligence Bootcamp that prepares entrepreneurs to raise capital. Recent investments include Regara, which received $200,000 with state matching, and RevReply, an AI-enabled sales response platform. AngelNV seeks scalable, revenue-generating startups at pre-seed to late seed that have a Nevada footprint or will have a significant impact in the state. It invests by SAFE or priced preferred round, whichever fits the deal, in companies seeking $50,000 to $500,000.
