Executive coach and investor with a background at Goldman Sachs, an MBA from Harvard, and advanced coach training from Columbia University. I help senior and emerging leaders in finance and technology navigate leadership transitions, increase executive presence, and drive strategic impact in complex stakeholder environments. I’ve coached 70+ executives across 20+ countries through Harvard Business School Executive Education programs, and regularly work with private equity professionals, corporate officers, and founders. My coaching approach uses 360 feedback and validated leadership assessments (Hogan, Korn Ferry ESCI, Kantor) to help leaders identify growth opportunities, strengthen performance, and implement targeted behavior change. I’ve completed 125+ hours of ICF-accredited coach training, 500+ hours of executive coaching, and 10+ hours of mentor coaching — meeting all core requirements for the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
