Andy Ozment, Angel Investor

Dr. Andy Ozment has worked in cybersecurity as an operator, programmer, policymaker, and executive in both the US government and the private sector. He is currently the Chief Technology Risk Officer and EVP at Capital One, where he leads the second line technology risk management organization. In that role, he oversees cybersecurity, insider threat, resilience, site reliability engineering (SRE), and DevOps quality. Previously, Andy was the first-line, global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and a partner at Goldman Sachs. Before that, he worked in the government for a decade, setting national cybersecurity policy at the Obama White House. He is also an angel investor mainly in the series A and other early funding rounds. His portfolio includes Doppel, an AI + human-powered platform that revolutionizes social engineering defense.
