Andrew Sieja is the Founder and active Board Member of Relativity, a legal data intelligence platform used by enterprises and government organizations. He previously served as Executive Chairman after nearly two decades as CEO, and continues to stay involved in strategy and long-term direction. He founded Relativity in 2001 as a small consulting effort, gradually evolving it into a global software company serving thousands of organizations. Before stepping into the chairman role in 2019, he led the company through multiple growth stages, including its transition into a scalable SaaS platform. He is also an angel investor, active across legal tech, AI, and enterprise software. His investments include Entegrata, Eudia, and The Contract Network.
