About ANDHealth

ANDHealth is a not-for-profit digital and connected health commercialisation organisation based in Melbourne, incorporated in 2017. It delivers accelerator and incubator programs, mentoring, education and non-dilutive investment, working as a trusted intermediary of state and federal governments. Its flagship accelerator, ANDHealth+, offers selected Australian SMEs up to $5 million in non-dilutive, milestone-tranched funding with no equity or IP transfer, backed by the Medical Research Future Fund. The two-stage program runs up to 24 months, with each company assigned an Industry Advisory Panel. Other programs include CUREator+ incubators with Brandon BioCatalyst, including a dementia stream; ACTIVATE for Victorian companies poised for growth; BRIGHT Ideate and Innovate for ideas and proofs of concept; Masterclass; Office Hours; and TGA software-as-a-medical-device regulation support. Alumni include Macuject, Sound Scouts, Healthily, Osara Health and Kraken Coding. ANDHealth+ targets proof-of-concept stage, evidence-based digital and connected health SMEs with demonstrable commercial and clinical impact potential. Project plans cover product development, clinical outcomes, regulation, reimbursement and commercial strategy, preparing companies for enterprise customers and institutional investors. Applications are assessed competitively by multi-sectoral industry leaders. ANDHealth doesn't take equity, so the $5 million funding cap is the closest figure to a check size. The site lists ANDHealth+ as closed, and applications for its second round closed on 29 September 2026, so the next intake may be a while away.
