Our Operating Philosophy: We partner with strong management to assist in creating enduring value in part by leveraging the resources and experience of AAI’s principals and affiliates. AAI’s cross-functional team provides active, ongoing financial, management, project management, operations, sales, and marketing support to assist companies in both daily operations as well as enhancing the long-term value of the company. The principals take a long view of each investment with no defined exit time period but a strong likelihood of an exit within a 5-7 year period. AAI professionals have had great success partnering with management and view that process as the single most important element of the future success of the investment.
