Altai Capital Management, L.P. is an independent, value-oriented private investment firm founded in 2009 by Rishi Bajaj, who serves as President and Chief Investment Officer. Headquartered in Newport Beach, California, the firm serves institutional and high-net-worth clients. Bajaj previously held positions at Silver Point Capital and Gleacher Partners.
