Allen Kramer is an Exited Founder and Angel Investor. He currently serves as the COO and Co-founder of Crux, a platform for sustainable finance, starting with transactions of the new transferable tax credits created by the Inflation Reduction Act. He is also an angel investor with investments in Imperfect Foods (pre-seed; acquired in 2022), Beam Impact (Series A), Wayfinder (Series A), Nameless Brands (Seed extension), Reforge (Series B), and Revyz (pre-seed). What he looks for in future investing or advising includes climate, decarbonization, and the energy transition; ESG and the future of externalities; mental health; and emerging markets.
