Ali Ghodsi, Angel Investor

Ali Ghodsi is an angel investor focused on artificial intelligence, cloud computing, enterprise software, and technology. His investments include SkyPilot, Runta, Sycamore, an operating system for enterprises to build, deploy, and manage autonomous AI agents, and Factory, an AI-powered software development company. His investment activity has included Seed rounds, including financings where SkyPilot raised a total of $20 million, Runta $20 million, Sycamore $65 million, and Factory $5 million. He has backed early-stage technology companies. Ali has served as CEO and Co-Founder of Databricks since 2016, after previously serving as its VP of Engineering and Product Management. He has also been an Adjunct Professor at UC Berkeley since 2015.
