I am currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Glim, a company that is inspired to bring innovative financial products to employees and corporations in developing markets who have long been underserved by traditional finance. I am a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with over 25 years in the tech sector, having scaled ventures from inception to successful exits. As the Co-Founder and President of Belatrix Software, I led the company from a bootstrapped operation to over 800 employees across five countries, culminating in a successful exit to Globant [NYSE:GLOB] in 2019, with a transaction close to $80M. Throughout my career, I have been deeply involved in multiple transactions, advising and participating in deals ranging from $10M to $400M. My experience spans various roles, including CEO, President, board director, investor, and advisor, giving me a broad perspective on M&A, business development, and scaling organizations.
