Through Ako Capital, we own, operate, and develop residential and commercial real estate assets across North America, with a focus on where active management can drive long-term performance. Complementing this strategy, Ako Equity Partners pursues control-oriented private equity investments, including platform acquisitions and roll-up strategies across real estate services, manufacturing, and digital infrastructure businesses. Across both platforms, we deploy capital with a focus on scale, operational improvement, and disciplined allocation. Our goal is to generate stable and long-term value while protecting against downside risk across economic cycles.
