We operate on a system of proprietary playbooks for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and HR. The playbooks are based on 15 years of business success and are applicable to a wide range of industries, and a key reason for our success. We are industry agnostic and prefer B2B businesses in the professional and industrial services, manufacturing, and related verticals--we do not invest in restaurants, franchises, or other related hospitality industries.
