Investment Criteria ▪ Investment Size – $1MM to $7MM in total Enterprise Value ▪ Historical Financial Performance– Historical performance of achieving 15%+ EBITDA or SDE margins and revenues in excess of $1.5MM ▪ Stable Demand – We like businesses that are non-cyclical ▪ Industries - We are industry agnostic and prefer B2B businesses in the professional and industrial services, manufacturing, and related verticals--we do not invest in restaurants, franchises, or other related hospitality industries
