Investment Criteria ▪ Sales: $10 million – $200 million ▪ EBITDA: $2 million – $20 million ▪ Industries Low-tech manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, and service companies with an industrial/business customer base in mature and growing industries ▪ Management Prefer management teams that are looking to grow the business and where the founder/owner/operator is seeking to retire or exit ▪ Profitability Proven profitability for the last two years with future expectations of positive, stable cash flows preferred, but not required ▪ Geography Headquartered or primary operations in the United States
