AgLaunch Accelerator

AgLaunch is a Memphis, Tennessee-based innovation engine powered by a national network of diverse, forward-thinking farmers, working to create sustainable, future-ready farms and transform regional agricultural and food economies. It connects entrepreneurs with farmers to co-develop solutions, from nutrient-dense crops and soil health to carbon-neutral farming systems. Farmers collaborate with and gain ownership in promising startups through its open-innovation model. Its Farmers Innovation Fund, a USDA-certified Rural Business Investment Company launched with Ag Ventures Alliance and backed primarily by Farm Credit institutions, invests in early-stage agtech startups. Portfolio companies include Seismi, Barnwell Bio, Upstream Biotechnology, Sentinel Ag, Spornado, Animal Deterrent Solutions, Rantizo, and Earnest Agriculture. AgLaunch supports them through bootcamps, mentorship, and access to farmers for field trials and data, with regional clusters in Appalachia, the Delta, and the Pacific Northwest.
